Person dies in shooting near 37th and Brown, identified as 41-year-old

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 41-year-old died in a shooting near 37th and Brown streets Monday night, Sept. 7, according to Milwaukee police.

That victim has been identified by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office as Bryan Schuller of Milwaukee.

Police say the shooting took place at around 9:15 p.m., and Schuller was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are looking for a known suspect, while the circumstances leading up to the shooting are being investigated.

The ME's report says a verbal argument between the suspect and a roommate happened before the shooting.
