UPDATE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a shooting near 95th and Brown Deer Road Sunday night is being investigated as a homicide.

A 22-year-old man was shot and later died from his injuries. It's unclear as to a motive and police continue to search for a suspect.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Fire Department tells CBS 58 they were called to the scene of a shooting near 95th and Brown Deer Road in Milwaukee around 7:53 p.m.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner confirms to CBS 58 they were called to the scene around 8:30 p.m. When the ME is called it indicates a death has occurred.
