MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A massage therapist in Menomonee Falls is now charged with 4th-degree sexual assault.
According to the criminal complaint, 31-year-old Maurice Williams groped a woman at "Hand and Stone Massage Spa" last February. The woman told investigators she was in a state of shock and felt helpless.
Williams was arrested last year after a similar claim was made against him at a West Allis massage business but no charges were filed in that case.
