MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Charges have been filed against two teens in connection to a shots fired incident at Woodman's gas station. 

Menomonee Falls police say 18-year-old Rodrick Stewart and 19-year-old Ralph Stewart of Milwaukee were arrested Wednesday, April 29. 

Rodrick Stewart is charged with attempted first degree intentional homicide, two counts first degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts pointing a firearm at another, and carrying a concealed weapon. 

Ralph Stewart is charged with attempted first degree intentional homicide as a party to a crime. 

Court records show Rodrick Stewarts' bond has been set at $750,000. Ralph Stewarts' bond is set at $250,000. 

Each have a preliminary hearing set for May 8. 

The incident remains under investigation.

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say one person has been arrested in connection to a shots fired incident at the Woodman's gas station Tuesday afternoon. 

Officers responded to the scene just before 3 p.m. and determined an argument between two people led to an exchange of gunfire near the fuel pumps. Police say the individuals involved fled the scene in separate vehicles before officers arrived. 

No one was struck by the gunfire, according to the Menomonee Falls Police Department, and the vehicles involved have been recovered. 

Anyone with video related to the incident is asked to contact Menomonee Falls dispatch center at 262-446-5070. 

An investigation is ongoing.

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Menomonee Falls police are asking the public to avoid the area near the Woodman's gas station Tuesday afternoon, April 28.

They say officers are responding to a report of shots fired at the gas station. 

No injuries have been reported. 

An investigation is ongoing.
