MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson and St. Petersburg Mayor Ken Welch are putting jersey-wearing appearances on the line over the World Series between the Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays, according to their posts on social media.

Welch said, "If the Brewers win, I'll ride this Harley through St. Pete and Tampa Bay wearing a Brewers jersey." Johnson replied, "Milwaukee engine, Milwaukee jersey? Sounds like a winning combination to me."

Johnson added, "If the Rays win, I will walk along the Riverwalk and downtown in a Rays jersey, and I will light the Hoan Bridge Rays colors."

The mayors are also challenging their communities to raise money for two different charities.
