Milwaukee closes early voting locations

Milwaukee will be closing the city's three early voting locations. This will be effective immediately.

According to a release, the Election Commission can no longer maintain sufficient staffing levels to keep these locations open due to increased Coronavirus exposure risks. The three locations were Zablocki Library, the Zeidler Municipal Building and the Midtown Center.

Milwaukee residents can still request an absentee ballot by going online at myvote.wi.gov or by calling 414-286-VOTE.
