Milwaukee Common Council race advances to April election

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two candidates will move forward in the race to fill a vacant seat on Milwaukee’s Common Council in the 3rd District following a primary election Tuesday, Feb. 18.
Alex Brower and Daniel Bauman received the most votes in the election held Tuesday and will now compete in the general election on Tuesday, April 1.
The winner will serve the remainder of the term left vacant by former Alderperson Jonathan Brostoff, who died in November 2024. The elected candidate will hold the seat until April 2028.
