Milwaukee County leaders plant trees, approve Climate Action 2050 Plan in honor of Arbor Day

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Arbor Day is always the last Friday in April, and it's tradition to plant a tree on this day.
The community joined Milwaukee County leaders to plant trees at Tippecanoe Park.
To close out Earth Week, County Executive David Crowley also signed legislation approving the Milwaukee County Climate Action 2050 Plan.
They hope Milwaukee County operations will achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
