Milwaukee Dancing Grannies, Brewers fans set to participate in World Series Pregame Show
CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Ahead of Game 1 of the World Series at American Family Field on Friday, Oct 23, some fans said they have been selected to participate in the 2026 World Series Pregame Show.
According to the group behind the performance, BD Entertainment, the show is "a 350‑person performance that blends movement, presence, and energy — no instruments required, though marching arts experience is preferred — to create a spectacle that will be broadcast to fans worldwide."
Nicole Guerrido said she knew someone who participated in the show last year. She decided to sign up for the show in Milwaukee with her mother and brothers and received an email saying she was selected to be part of the "Field Cast."
“I don’t know exactly what we’re going to expect, what we’re doing. If I’m just out there holding something, I’m going to be out there on the field. It’s a once in a lifetime experience,” Guerrido said.
According to an email Guerrido received, FOX will carry the pregame live to a national audience. The email goes on to say that participants in the ‘Field Cast’ will be able to be on the field minutes before the first pitch.
The Milwaukee Dancing Grannies posted to Facebook that they will participate in the show as well.
According to an email Guerrido received, the rehearsal schedule is tentative. However, rehearsals and costume fittings are expected to begin as early Tuesday, Oct. 20.
The director of BD Entertainment was unavailable for an interview with CBS 58 on Monday. CBS 58 has also reached out to the Milwaukee Brewers about their potential involvement or connection to the show, with no response as of Monday.
