Racine County fall events include food trucks, festivals and community celebrations
RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Cary Greving joined us on Thursday, Sept. 4 to shine the spotlight on some of the fall events scheduled to take place in Racine County.
The 8th annual Franksville Food Truck Festival is Friday, Sept. 5 from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 6 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Franksville Memorial Park. Admission is free. Swan’s 15th annual Watermelon Festival is Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 6 and 7, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Swan’s Pumpkin Farm. Admission is free.
Discovery Days Fall Festival at the Eco-Justice Center is Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 13 and 14, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children and free for children 2 and under. Pages in the Park is Sunday, Sept. 14, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at Ten Club Park in Waterford. Admission is free.
Party on the Pavement is Saturday, Sept. 20, from noon to 7 p.m. in downtown Racine, featuring music, food and a 5K race. Admission is free. Oktoberfest Bier & Food Festival by The Runaway is Sept. 20, Sept. 27 and Oct. 4 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. in downtown Burlington. Admission is free.
