MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- More than a week after a deadly shooting on Milwaukee's north side, the alleged shooter is now charged.

Twenty-four-year-old Anthony Erving is charged with first degree reckless homicide and three counts felony bail jumping.

He's accused of killing 29-year-old Trevion Sims during an argument with his ex-girlfriend near 25th and Capitol Feb. 4.

Records show three of Erving's sisters -- Ashley Erving, Ebony Erving, and Nygean Powell -- face charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct in connection to the shooting.

According to the criminal complaint, officers responded to the scene near 25th and Capitol just before 7 p.m. and located Sims on the porch with multiple gunshots wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Prosecutors say Sims had been inside the home with several others, including Erving's ex-girlfriend, who ended her relationship with Erving earlier that day.

The complaint goes on to say just prior to the shooting, Sims told the woman there were people at the door asking for her to come outside. They were later identified as Nygean Powell and Ebony Erving.

The woman went outside and began arguing with the sisters, according to the complaint, and Anthony Erving allegedly began walking toward the home with a large black firearm.  According to a witness, Sims walked outside and onto the porch, and Anthony Erving fired multiple rounds toward Sims and his ex-girlfriend before fleeing in an SUV.

Court records show Anthony Erving was out on bond at the time of the shooting, after being charged with possession of a machine gun. He is due in court Feb. 14, for an initial appearance, as is Powell.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Ashley Erving and Ebony Erving.
