Milwaukee man facing charges, accused of sexual assault on MSOE campus
Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man is facing charges in a sexual assault charge on the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) campus.
David Kelley is charged with second degree sexual assault and armed robbery.
Court records say that on Aug. 31, near the MSEO Alumni Center, Kelley approached a man and reportedly asked them where the gym was, and the man pointed it out.
Kelley then said he needed an ID to get in and showed his gun.
The victim handed over his ID card and dorm key.
The victim then says Kelley groped him and tried to kiss him.
A group of students walked out of the building and scared Kelley off.
Police linked the gun to a sexual assault and attempted homicide in Chicago from the day before.
The victim in that case identified Kelley.
