(MILWAUKEE) - A self-starter and curious mind lead a young 20 year old into the world of tech. He's now on the road to start his own web application to help pave the way for others.
Carlos Vasquez utilized an internship opportunity at i.c.stars, a four-month internship program focused on providing those who come from a low-income background with training to prepare them for a job in technology.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Christine Flores met Carlos, creator of Habla Code, and learned where he got his motivation.
