Milwaukee man shot attempting to confront car thieves

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was shot confronting two car thieves Monday night, Nov. 29.

It happened around 6:20 p.m. near 31st and Lancaster.

According to police, the victim was shot in the right ankle by two men attempting to steal his girlfriend's Hyundai Sonata. He presented himself at a local hospital.
