MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A shootout Sunday night near W. Appleton and Congress has left two men dead and another person wanted by the Milwaukee Police Department.

Those men have been identified by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office as 23-year-old Benitaz Pinkin and 26-year-old Kentrell Malone.

Their deaths are just some of many throughout a violent weekend in Milwaukee. Now, community members are calling for change.

Security camera footage obtained by CBS 58 from a nearby business shows a dramatic shootout on Milwaukee's northwest side.

Frame by frame, you can see a silver SUV speeding next to a black four-door sedan near W. Appleton and Congress.

The SUV cuts off the sedan and begins to open fire.

The SUV then flees from the scene, seemingly with no regard to the safety of others. The victims in the black sedan drove for a short distance before striking a fence and tree, finally coming to a stop.

Those two occupants of the car were pronounced dead on the scene. Bullet holes are now seen on one local business.

We spoke with a nearby business owner who didn't want to go on camera, but they say gun violence in this area is becoming far too common.

"You see it all the time now on the news and everything, you know sometimes you even witness it. I can be riding down the street and witness it, just happens too much. I just want to see some of these guns out of these kids' hands, you know. It would be better, I'm tired of seeing parents burying their kids. It's supposed to be other way around."

Police are still seeking an unknown suspect.

The shooting remains under investigation.
