Milwaukee police investigate fatal shooting near 40th and Florist

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting near 40th and Florist.
Police say it happened at 7:12 p.m. and the victim is a 49-year-old Milwaukee man.
Police do have the suspect in custody. Charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
An autopsy will be tomorrow, on Aug. 29.
