Milwaukee police investigate shooting of 23-year-old man near Port Washington and Capitol

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that happened Friday, Dec. 10, near Port Washington and Capitol.

Officials say the shooting occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Police report that the victim, a 23-year-old Milwaukee man, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital where he is expected to survive.

Authorities say the circumstances leading up to the shooting appear to be fight-related.

Milwaukee police are reprotedly seeking an unknown suspect in relation to the shooting.
