UPDATE: MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The victim in a shooting Tuesday afternoon has been identified as 23-year-old Joseph Benson.
Police say Benson was shot during a fight with an unknown suspect just before 4:00 p.m. in the 4800 block of West Hampton Avenue.
The investigation is ongoing and no suspects are in custody. Anyone with information is asked to call police.

UPDATE: MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police say a man is dead after a shooting in the 4800 block of West Hampton Avenue.
According to investigators, the man was shot during a fight with the suspect and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say there were multiple witnesses to the crime and are asking those witnesses to call 414-935-7360 if they have any information.
