Milwaukee police investigating shooting near 5th and Burleigh

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a non-fatal shooting near 5th and Burleigh that happened at 7:08 p.m tonight, on Sunday, June 19.
Police say the 39-year-old Milwaukee woman sustained non-fatal injuries after being shot.
She was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
According to police, the victim was walking along the sidewalk when shots were fired from a group of individuals and she was struck.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are still under investigation.
Milwaukee police continue to seek the unknown suspect(s).
