Update: 17-year-old missing since August may be staying in Milwaukee, Whitefish Bay

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A missing 17-year-old Milwaukee girl, who has been missing for nearly two months, has entered the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). 

The NCMEC says Savannah Wood-Potter vanished from her family’s home on Aug. 2, and her family has not seen or heard from her since. She may stay in the Milwaukee area or travel to Whitefish Bay. 

Savannah is listed as Hispanic, 5’2 tall and 115 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Savannah are asked to call the Milwaukee Police Department's Sensitive Crimes Division at 414-935-7401.

Savannah Potter-Wood was reported missing on Aug. 3.
