Milwaukee Public Market sets stage for 2023 Harvest Festival 🍁
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Public Market has revealed plans for its upcoming annual Harvest Festival, a staple event in the Historic Third Ward neighborhood. Set for Saturday, Oct. 14, the festival celebrates the market's 18th anniversary since its debut in October 2005.
Festivities will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Riverwalk Commons, located at 423 N. Water Street under the I-794 freeway, close to the Milwaukee River.
Attendees can look forward to a variety of autumn-themed activities. Those over 21 will have the opportunity to sample Lakefront Brewery Pumpkin Lager, directly from the market's giant pumpkin. Food vendors like Street-Za, Flip’s Mini Donuts and Isa’s Artisan Ice Cream are also scheduled to be present.
Brew City Brand Apparel will offer discounted merchandise, and Draft & Vessel will give festivalgoers a glimpse of their upcoming beverage truck from the Giving Tree Garage initiative.
Complimentary bobbleheads of Devin Williams, sponsored by the Milwaukee Brewers, will be handed to the first 500 festivalgoers. The event will also feature attractions like live music, apple cider pressing, pumpkin bowling and face painting sponsored by The Salvation Army.
Donations for the Downtown Milwaukee Dog Park project will be collected, and more information can be found by visiting MilwaukeePublicMarket.org.
