MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Ray Dall’Osto, a criminal defense attorney in Milwaukee, spoke with CBS 58 about the recent arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan.
He’s spent years working inside of the Milwaukee County Courthouse, where the arrest took place, and knew Dugan professionally.
