Milwaukee Public Museum's Food & Froth returns for final event in current building

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Public Museum's 26th annual Food & Froth takes place Saturday, Feb. 21, marking the final time the fundraiser will be held in the current building before the museum's move.

The 21-and-older event allows attendees to explore exhibit floors after hours while sampling brews and bites from local vendors. It is set to feature around 200 craft beers, ciders and seltzers from more than 70 breweries, including Lakefront Brewery, Water Street Brewery, Third Space Brewing and New Glarus Brewing Company.

More than 20 local restaurants and caterers will serve food, including Double B's BBQ, Press Waffles and Centraal Grand Café & Tappery.

Live performances include The Hungry Williams, accordion player Mike Schneider and Will Phalen and John Patek.

General admission tickets are $100 per person and cover all food and alcohol samples and live entertainment. VIP tickets are $200 and include early access from 6 to 7 p.m. and access to the VIP lounge with exclusive vendors.

The museum moves to its new downtown Milwaukee building in 2027 and will change its name to the Nature & Culture Museum of Wisconsin.
