MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Rep is set to showcase "Nuncrackers" with book, music and lyrics crafted by Dan Goggin. This festive presentation is aiming to entertain audiences with yuletide laughter and carols, stemming from the antics of the singing sisters of Nunsense.

The production will begin with preview performances on Friday, Nov. 3 and Saturday, Nov. 4, with the show running through Jan. 7, 2024.

The tale centers on the nuns of the show broadcasting a cable access Christmas special, loaded with funny takes on traditional holiday songs, a quirky secret Santa contest and a unique rendition of Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Ballet.

Performers set to star in the production include Seth K. Hale, Katie Kallaus and Meka King. The creative assembly includes director Kelley Faulkner, music director Dan Kazemi and several others.
