WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- March 31 is Cesar Chavez Day, a holiday that celebrates the birth and legacy of the iconic civil rights and labor movement activist.
The 31st is also the date of the 3rd Annual Cesar Chavez Celebration at the Marcus Performing Arts Center in Milwaukee.
