Punch Bowl Social excited to reopen, host March Madness fans
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- March Madness fans will have another spot to hang out in the Deer District with Punch Bowl Social reopening its doors at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, just in time for the St. Patrick's Day and basketball crowds.
"We are very, very excited to be opening the doors to the people of Milwaukee and kicking this thing off right," said General Manager Travis Gunn. "When we are in a city, it's important to us to be a part of the community and there's no better way to do that then to support the Badgers, support Wisconsin and support Milwaukee as a whole."
The restaurant features bowling, karaoke rooms, ping pong, billiards, other gaming opportunities and a 360-degree bar. Gunn says it will be a great spot for March Madness crowds to come and have some fun while creating memories and new traditions.
"All day Friday we'll have NCAA stuff going on here and all day Sunday as well," Gunn said. "Provide a great venue for friends and family and coworkers to come out, celebrate, watch the games together and build some longstanding traditions, hopefully."
The Milwaukee location will be open 4 p.m. – 12 a.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 2 p.m. – 2 a.m. on Fridays, 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. on Saturdays and 11 a.m. – 12 a.m. on Sundays.
Punch Bowl Social will also be open on select Mondays and Tuesdays for scheduled events at Fiserv Forum, such as Bucks games and concerts.
