MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- New video shows a moped crash Sunday night near 16th and Rogers.
Police say two men on a moped were riding down 16th when they hit a car heading west on Rogers. The man who caught the crash on camera thinks the driver of the car became impatient at a stop sign and pulled into oncoming traffic.
"I think he should have proceeded with caution if he was going to cross all the way through," witness Edwin Valentin said. "Not just put his foot to the pedal and just no regards to looking first before to see what's going on."
Police say the driver of the car took off from the crash, but was stopped by witnesses.
They were arrested and could face charges. The two victims are recovering.
