MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A person is in custody for the death of a man on Milwaukee's far northwest side. 

Police say a 52-year-old was arrested and charges are pending.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Officials have identified the victim of the Monday, March 30 shooting as 51-year-old Mark Rosio.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide after a 51-year-old was fatally shot Monday, March 30 at around 7 a.m. near 105th and Villa.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation and no suspects have been identified by police.
