MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee mother charged with neglect in the death of her 1-year-old daughter after a fire last weekend faced a judge for the first time Friday morning.
Prosecutors say Quintella Owens left her three kids at home alone while she went to work at a strip club in Fond du Lac. One of the kids tried to light incense and then put it in the trash which started the fire.
The 1-year-old girl died after being rescued by a firefighter. The other two kids survived.
The judge set Owens bond at $7,500.
