MPD: 44-year-old Milwaukee woman shot near 5th and North

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- Milwaukee police say a 44-year-old Milwaukee woman sustained life-threatening injuries after being shot near 5th and North on Saturday, May 1.
It happened shortly before 8 a.m.
Police say the victim was transported to a local hospital.
