Higgins was arrested Wednesday and has been charged with killing Sierra Robinson. Noelani was not found when Higgins was arrested. In a press conference Friday, Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales said Higgins gave them information on Noelani's whereabouts but says all of that information has been found to be untrue. Morales went on to call Higgins "a cold-blooded killer" and said the search for Noelani has become "a game to him."
