MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is seeking help finding 29-year-old Saddai Azamar Pena. 

Azamar Pena was last seen around 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 16, on S. 12th St. 

He is a white male standing around 5 feet 10 inches, weighing around 180 pounds. 

He has brown eyes with a shaved head (photo provided was before the shaved head). 

It is unknown what he was wearing, but he was seen driving a black Honda CRV model SUV.
