11-year-old boy killed in accidental Racine shooting identified

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine police have identified the 11-year-old victim as Jesus Valladares.

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Racine Police Department says an 11-year-old boy is dead after officials say his sibling accidentally shot him Friday, May 16.
Officials say they responded to the scene near Howard and Prospect Street at around 10:33 p.m. and located the 11-year-old victim with a gunshot wound.
The preliminary investigation indicates the victim's sibling accidentally shot him inside a residence.
Racine police say a suspect has been identified and apprehended.
Racine investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about this incident.
