MPD: Suspect intentionally uses vehicle to strike person near 35th and Villard

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that happened near 35th and Villard on Wednesday, April 29.
According to police, around 1:10 a.m., a 30-year-old man intentionally used a vehicle to strike the victim and fled the scene.
The 39-year-old victim was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The 30-year-old suspect was later arrested.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
