MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- At Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), students are participating in a research showcase Thursday, Jan. 29.
Brooke Stanley is a senior at MSOE, and she is one of the students participating.
At MSOE's Diercks Hall, they got a chance to show off the projects they've been working on.
Despite the complex terminology, these projects have real-world value. In areas like agriculture, space travel, virtual reality in education and Brooke Stanley's medical project.
"Our data specifically is looking at how we can develop different products to help different patients depending on their needs," said Stanley. "And through the research project, I've learned a lot about like working with a team, how to collect data, how to work in a laboratory setting."
Stanley's tells us she plans to go to the Medical College of Wisconsin after graduation to become a doctor.
Good luck to Brooke!
