The National Guard rolled into Burlington Thursday morning to assist residents recover from historic flooding of the Fox River.
100 soldiers have been sent to southeast Wisconsin. Most of the soldiers will help with traffic control, sand bagging and monitor bridges.
The National Guard unit is the 1st Squadron 105th Calvary Regiment.
It is unknown how long the deployment will last.
