FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) — If you love snapping pictures of nature, you should think about joining forces with a group of photographers, all volunteers, who love to roam Wehr Nature Center on any given day, any time of the year.
Some 5,000 of them make up the group, showing off their work on a community Facebook page.
There are so many kinds of images, including animals, leaves, water and sky. Some of the shots are so intricate, they almost don't look real.
Michael Schlesinger caught up with two women who've been taking pictures here for years. They both have quite a story to tell.
The center's director hopes others will enjoy the pics as much as she does and perhaps hop on the bandwagon and be a part of the center itself in the middle of Whitnall Park.
