GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Infants at HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital in Green Bay were recently dressed in football-themed gear as part of a photo project organized by the hospital’s newborn intensive care unit.

The fun took place as the city prepares for an influx of football fans next week for the NFL Draft.

On Tuesday, April 15, hospital officials said the babies were dressed in custom football bibs and socks as part of a morale-boosting effort for families spending extended time in the NICU.

Photos were taken by staff as a way to help families mark the moment.
