PORT WASHINGTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Paint on Port program has brought nine murals to Port Washington this summer. The City of Port Washington and Main Street came together to make it an art destination.  

Here is a list of the nine murals you can visit throughout the city: 

  • Roots & Reflections: West side, in front of Newport Shores Condominiums at 407 E.  Jackson St. 
  • Branching Out: Jackson St. retaining wall at Wisconsin St.
  • Take Flight: 126 E. Main Southwest corner
  • Everyone Comes to the Water for Some Reason or Another: 107 N. Franklin St. (South Wall)
  • Freedom is the natural right for every being: 108 N. Franklin St. (East side of building)
  • People's Wall Community Mural: 528 W. Grand Ave. (Retaining Wall)
  • Wildflower RePORT: 549 W. Grand Ave, (West Wall)
  • Ode to Shirley Schanen Gruen and her Love of Port Washington: 1000 N. Wisconsin St.
  • Midwest Mosaic Mural: Twisted Willow (North Wall) 308 N. Franklin St.

Organizers are hoping the murals will bring people to Port Washington and businesses and restaurants will keep them around.

Places like Inventors Brewpub have their own murals and artwork to see.  Cavelier Wine Bar says the lake views and fun drinks only add to the scenery in Port Washington.
