SUSSEX, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department says no charges or citations have been filed at this time against the school bus driver involved in a deadly crash last month. 

The bus struck and killed 5-year-old Finn Katona in a school parking lot in Sussex. 

The little boy was walking to a different bus at the time. 

We reached out to the sheriff's department Friday, and they told us that while no charges have been requested, the investigation of the incident has not yet been closed. 

Authorities are still waiting for a report.
