No more dreamin'; Make your small business dreams real as 'Milwaukee Tech Week' begins
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Even thinking about starting your own small company can be overwhelming much less actually doing it. An event happening right now called "Milwaukee Tech Week" is looking to help. What was formerly known as "Startup Milwaukee Week" is designed to connect entrepreneurs with local resources, highlight the importance of startups to Wisconsin's economy, and showcase the technology and innovation happening around the state.
There are 40 different in-person and hybrid activities planned. The entire event is now sponsored by MKE Tech Hub Coalition. The group, including at least a hundred member organizations, was founded by Northwestern Mutual and Advocate Aurora Health two years ago.
