Noah's Ark Waterpark is looking to hire workers for the summer
WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Noah's Ark Waterpark is looking to hire for the summer.
According to a news release, the need for team members is greater than normal as the park opened a month late due to COVID-19. The pandemic slowed recruitment for the summer in the critical spring period.
Noah’s Ark management has increased its starting wages to $10/hour for all positions, and lifeguards can earn up to $12/hour. Additional bonuses are also available for hours worked and being referred by an existing Noah’s Ark Team Member. Heavily discounted housing is also available on-site in dorms newly constructed for this season.
The news release says the job comes with perks including flexible scheduling, free admission on days off and for other regional amusement parks, free tickets for friends and family, team-building activities such as movie nights, and discounts on park food and merchandise.
“Working at Noah’s Ark is a great entry on any young adult’s resume,” says General Manager Mark Whitfield. “But it’s also a wonderful opportunity for professionals looking to get back to work, or supplement their income with a job that’s engaging, unique and often quite fun!”
Noah’s Ark typically hires 650 seasonal Team Members each summer, including 200 lifeguards. New for 2020, the park has added a Clean Team to help ensure compliance with new stringent health and safety measures.
