Nominations for 12th Annual Packers Fan Choice Awards now open

GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The nominations for the 12th Annual Packers Fan Choice Awards are now open!
You can enter photos in either of the four categories, including "Proudest Packers Kid," "Greatest Packers Everywhere Vacation," "Best Tailgating Party," and "Strongest Gameday Fit."
Nominations close on Oct. 9.
You can vote for your favorites Oct. 14-28, and winners will be announced Nov. 1.
The winner of each category will win a pair of tickets to the Bears-Packers game on Jan. 5.
