A boost in temperatures despite the lack of sunshine
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The month of October showed an upswing in home sales in the Milwaukee area, according to a recent report. Angela Walters, the 2023 Chairperson of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors Board of Directors, joined us to discuss the numbers on Monday, Nov. 20.
She revealed that home sales in October rose by 3.6%, while there was also an increase in listings, up 2.9%. Walters noted the continued need for more homes, underscoring the critical role of new home construction in meeting the demand, even discussing the concept of multigenerational living.
