MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 23-year-old man is accused of forcing a woman into his car and trying to sexually assault her on Milwaukee's east side. 

According to a search warrant, the incident happened Sunday, Sept. 27. A 24-year-old woman says she was walking on N. Warren Street when she was grabbed by the neck, forced into a truck and driven to the Pick 'n Save parking lot on Jefferson and Lyon. 

The woman says she was able to fight off the driver and escape. 

Police later arrested the suspect with the help of surveillance camera video. 

The suspect could face a charge of attempted second-degree sexual assault by use of force.
