MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One person is dead after getting into a crash with an ATV overnight on Sat. Aug. 30.

Milwaukee police say at around midnight a 23-year-old driver collided with the ATV carrying two riders, near N. 28th Street and W. Concordia Avenue. 

Officials say the riders of the ATV were transported to the hospital, where one of the victims died. 

Both of the victim's ages are unknown at this time. 

The 23-year-old driver of the striking vehicle has been arrested. Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office
