One person dead after vehicle slams into semi-trailer in Dodge County

OAK GROVE, DODGE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 42-year-old man from Watertown is dead after officials say he collided with a semi in Dodge County on Fri. Jun 13. 

The Dodge County Sheriff's office say it happened at around 10:10 a.m., on County Highway A/I south of County Highway S in the town of Oak Grove. 

A preliminary investigation shows a 2012 Buick Regal going north entered a southbound lane and collided with a white, 2023 International semi pulling a trailer. 

The driver of the Buick, identified as 42-year-old William McDonald from Watertown, had to extricated from the vehicle was flown to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee where he died. 

The driver of the semi, identified as 50-year-old Kevin Enty of Richton Park, Illinois, suffered minor injuries. 

Officials say the crash remains under investigation.
