A boost in temperatures despite the lack of sunshine
WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The packers have the weekend off, but that's not stopping fans from sending well wishes to injured quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Fans showed up at the Perkins restaurant in West Allis Friday morning to sign a giant banner set up by the morning team at WMYX radio and sign company Fast Signs.
The banner will be delivered to Packers offices next Tuesday.
CBS 58 asked a few fans what they wrote, "Just that I miss his arm. I miss him throwing. I miss watching him," said Amber Hill. Lynore Friscial added, "And hoping for a speedy recovery, and that we miss watching him."
Rodgers is recovering from surgery after breaking the collarbone on his throwing shoulder two weeks ago against the Vikings.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports there is a chance number 12 could be healthy enough to start throwing before the end of the regular season.
