Packers release RB Darrin Hall

The Green Bay Packers are releasing running back Darrin Hall, the team announced Saturday.

Hall, a rookie from Pittsburgh, came to the Packers after he was waived by the Cincinnati Bengals in late July. The rookie was not drafted in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Hall is a 6-foot tall, 217 pound RB, who played four seasons at Pitt. In his short time with the Packers, he was used sparingly in preseason, recording a total of 39 rushing yards.

The Packers now have five players at RB, and three at fullback.
