MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- People who were once incarcerated are moving into refurbished apartment units. 

Before the move, Milwaukee County leaders talked about the new housing effort and how it will help the former Community Reintegration Center residents maintain a productive lifestyle while making sure they have a place to stay. 

The local nonprofit "Project Return" will manage the 12 apartment units and supportive services including employment, sobriety, and health. 

Project Return anticipates the men will be living there for up to six months.
